Man R702 error f11 simoreg 6RA2275

Hello everyone
An error f11 on simoreg 6RA2275 which is related to a tachometer
We have replaced the tacho with a new one and still the same after Running the machine it stopped and shows f11
We even changed parameters l33 related to the error
what else could be the problem ?

Do you test cable from encoder to driver ? Can you measure 5v that should be in the encoder ?

hello,
you can measure the Tacho voltage at main drive X1 pins 1 and 3 OR X003 pins 5 and 6. The voltages would be like this Tacho signal from motor 15000 rev/h = 3000 rev/min. =180VDC
