Maintenance on a NexPress 2500?

How much maintenance should we expect to do on a NexPress 2500? We will most likely only run one shift except for 3 to 4 months a year.

 

Hi RealGreen, ive been producing on a Nexie2500 now since new - the average maint. is the 50k takes 1hr all inclusive. If u run hard that'll be every 11th hour. 200k is more demanding but ull have 1. 50k maint. in there eventually. and that will take aprox 4 hour+ every 44 hour plus hard production. These are my experience numbers. these are based on a "high" quality production, and we have the "ALL SPAREPARTS INCLUSIVE" servicedeal.
BTW. We run 2 timeshifts, and every shift need to do "morningcleaning" ½hour time there.
