Main motor DIMFG 100 S64 help please

    Hello i have a question about pin 4 to main motor cable.

    What function have the pin4 to motor.

    SM 52 4 colour

    Atached motor side 8 pin bottom where come 6 cable from UVM and are code resistors 5.6 kohms pin 5-7 and 6-7 5.6kohm and 7-8 temperature sensors pin 9-10 brake
    In top photo that i dont have right now in there are 4 pins biG that cames from BLT4
    Pin 1 is U
    Pin 2 is V
    Pin 3 is W

    Pin 4 ???????

    Hi sir:

    I saw my schematic diagrams for SM 52-4 , you are using a Brushless Motor BLT4

    However KTV=U =pin 1 m1-x1
    KTV=V=Pin 2 m1-x1
    KTV-W=Pin 3 m1-x1 all for Main Motor
    Pin #4 there is NOT exist in the schematic +PE= Ground (wire green+yellow) as you send it.

    The only # 4 is M1-X2 With G from UVM-X5 IN BLT4 .

    If you have any doubt will be a Good Idea , that you send me Pics from terminals from Blt4 +terminals of main motor.

    Great that was why i ask ?
    Because here terminal from KVT U,V,W are connected with motor in pin 1,2,3 and ground is connected to pin4 of motor and in shield of cable and motor case .

    Pins of BLT4 kvt heat sink
    From left to right
    U | V |W | nothing| choper resistor 15R1| L1| L2|L3 | inductor 0.1mh | inductor o.1mh & other side choper restor 15R1|

    Blt and motor is connected with cable 5 wire

    Pins in motor box
    Gnd shield cable to motor case
    U to pin 1
    V to pin 2
    W to pin 3
    GND again to pin 4

    So as i understand in normal condition to energize the motor we need only UVW from KVT and from UVM to control the brake and to know the temperature and know motor with code resistor and encoder to have feedback.

    And other side to BLT4
    That are 5 wire
    U = pin1
    V= pin 2
    W= pin 3
    Gnd black = pin 4
    Gnd yellow= shield cable and motor case

    Here is the order in the schematic diagram according with the terminal BLT4-KVT-

    U- Pin 1 KVT-UZW + (terminals)
    V= pin 2 KVT-UZW+(terminals)
    W= pin 3 KVT-UZW+(terminals)



    UVM -x4: pin 8 vs pin 5 M1-X1(terminals)=RESISTOR FOR EMI
    UVM-X4: PIN 9 vs pin 6 M1-X1(terminals)=Resistor for EMI
    UVM-X4: pin 1 vs pin7 M1-X19(terminals) =Ground
    UVM-X4: Pin 11 vs pin 8 M1-X1(terminals) = adjustable resitor
    UVM-X4: Pin 4 vs pin 9 M1-X1 (terminals)= ONE Leg of brake main motor
    UVM-X4: pin 7 vs pin 10 M1-X1(terminals)= the other leg of brake main motor

    Ok great. I compare i have the same connection here.

    I want to ask please because in init code i have error BLT-con 5BFC and scrollin pages i have HAK03 FFF5 in initcodes

    I have decoded the both error motor not compatible with power part for alarm Hak03 FFF5 and for bltcon 5BFc armature no current flow

    Intermediate circuit voltage 570 volt
    TTK voltage 51 Volt
    Heatsink temperature 19 grad celcius

    TTK version 08
    KVT version 08
    Motor version 55

    Error BLT-C: 5BFC =
    Check:
    Interrupt frame circuit; no current flow

    Error ;HAK03: FFF5=
    Engine not compatible with the voltage applied .
    Engine failure during testing .


    A question if one little motor have a problem the main motor will be energize or not ?
    1) Normally NOT, since they auxi device, Nothing to do with the main motor
    2) they use small voltage like: +24Vdc
    3) Main Motor : 220-240Vac or 380Vac or 440Vac

    Great thats mean that BLT4 and main motor does not have error apart that not energized because on Hak03 we have error.
    Is that correct ?
    Can you help too to locate the motor and driver controlled by hak03 .

    Error init code hak03 FFF5 was solved after repair ltk500 module.

    Now remain error BLT_con 5BFC

    Any idea wich component in AVM or UVM is broken

    Interrupt frame circuit; no current flow
    Test the IGBT power transistor en el AVM .

    Thanks for reply. The igbt used is mg200q2ys91 i have tested two times and results are in good condition. Anyway i will test again maybe not good tested.

    I have looked for them and i have tested clock in mhz and i do reset of UVM1 cpu 87c51. Clock results ok. I have looked for plug communicatio x1 on uvm 64 pin i have output ok only the pin 17A 17C result no connection with ground.

    Why no connection whith ground ?

    look, for his schematic diagrams first

    Remember the Vcc for the CPU, must be in tolerance, otherwise you will have malfunction from CPU.

    Remember the engineer design this, and they put all in the schematic electrical diagrams

    I have measured again igbt power semiconductor and there are broken. Because resistance in emiter collector is not the same when gate opens.

    I will change them.
