Machine (SM102 5P2) stuck after CP2000 loading process

I need your help Engineers. Our SM102 stucks at this windows after the CP2000 loading process. We have tried to switch on Disk2 but the machine turned on directly on windows so it wasn't really helpful by the way we did all the disks check-up and restarted the machine back to Disk1 but the machine still stuck at the same place.
We don't actually know what to do.

On the picture I sent you can see the windows where we are stuck.

Thank you for your answer, please what is that crystal disk you are talking about?

download it in google, it is a tool for checking the conformity and status of hard disks if the disk dirs are good contact me on whatsapp to send the solution by post

For above error there many reason
1) hdd Or cp2000 software corruption.

2) electrical noice(disturbance) in main pannel

For 1 st step we will try to load the software. Or replace the hdd.
