Dear Sirs, I have a Heidelberg PM 52-2
2006. The machine runs normally, then suddenly shuts down completely as if the power has gone out. No screen or indicator light appears, and it cannot be controlled. After a while, it restarts automatically. This problem has occurred intermittently several times. The problem has progressed to a complete freeze, and the engine won't restart again. A C11 error code appears on the screen.
