Luscher Xdrum! UV CTP problem (any factory technician?)

Good afternoon, the Luscher CTP atached is having a software problem. It seems somebody lost the licence or need to be reinstalled. Some technician from this brand? Many thanks.

As per pix and error codes

1) this is basically heidelberg designed ctp along with heidelberg prinect shooter software.
2) there is problem with shooter license
3) speedway control manger is also giving error.
I m ex heidelberg Technician and can help you.
Pls provide me the following
1) shooter version
2) ctp user interface version (gui version)

Thank you very much for your support. The problem was that the system technicians did "maintenance" on the PC and apparently deconfigured it. I have more images via Whatsapp, if it's no problem for you, I'll leave you my number and I'll send you the required information faster.
