Looking for software to visualize ink keys opening

I've seen something recently I can't find anymore where the user opens up a PDF of some press form layout and out comes the degree of opening of fountain ink keys, in percentage. Just like software that looks at CIP3 data. As though I'd want to preset ink keys on a press. But I would want to use this data for analytic purpose.
