Looking for Low Cost High Quality Digital Printing Press for Small Business

Hi.
I really need some assistance.

I have a small local print shop and we currently use an old abdick printer for jobs. The employee who mostly ran the machine switched jobs and I am not the best with offset color presses. Since the quantity of our jobs is not a lot I am looking to go digital.

Our Budget is $10k USD
I need one that prints on newsprint paper effectively and without jamming since we often print local school papers

Printing on at least 13 x 19 paper would be convenient

Supplies being easy to get would be liked as well

Hi, I can offer you a Konica Minolta Bizhub C65HC, it is similar machine to Bizhub C6501P with high chroma inks - that allows to reach almost full RGB gammut. Machine equipped with Finisher, LCC, EFI Fiery - Pro80, has only 229K, works awesome, needs nothing.
Does 13x19, 300GSM, can do up to 80# cover gloss duplex. Everything available, toners are around $70, plenty of sources, should not be a problem to enroll on service contract with KM. I will need to stretch that budget slightly - machine is 16K New MSRP $92K, realistically sold for over $50K
If you can't push another $5000, Bizhub C6501 should fit right in to your budget, I just don't have anything at the moment in such a stunning condition and I am not in the business of trading skyrocking mileaged boxes. I am watching my offers, if anything comes up - will let you know right away.

There is a Bizhub C6500 in one of the warehouses in California, I don't know the price at the moment but machine shows that it has only 365K on the meter ,has LCC, Saddle-stitch finisher, Fiery. 2 trade offs: I haven't seen it myself to vouch that it is beautiful machine, record shows that Display is Frozen - common problem with Konica Minolta - about $350 part, 15 min to change. This machine should cost $7-8K not more.
Let me know if this is something you'd consider - I will make few calls to find out more than.
