Locked printed jobs

OK, here's the scoop that I wasn't aware of.
I'm running a lot of VI jobs and I'm over the 50% threshold in my system properties which locks out modifying job properties of completed jobs. Increase the System Preferences setting or delete jobs to go below the threshold.
