Lithec calibration problems

We have a Lithec densotronic that we can't calibrate. tried changing the bulbs but nothing. any ideas?

i will tell you the steps i make it and what happen with me in finally


1- load the CIP3 to the system
2- select the strep color bar
3- make start for camera read the color bar


4- the system open the page for the ink value and just can read for 2 ink zone no.12 + no.13 ,
you can see in the photo - this is my problem and the the ink zone it work on the CPC and it change for the zone 12 and 13 just
