There is a new 32 bit and 64 bit PPD available for download at http://rti-rips.com/Support.html
This PPD is universal and will work with CTF and CTP devices as well as digital proofers. It should solve your problem for Vista. You have to load this into the RIP/Workflow computer first then setup a shared printer.
