Hi, I've already saw a thread about this, but it wasn't really clear how to make this adjustment manually on the DS of the press. I've made this adjustment in the past on a newer Komori from my console but all of our presses at my current shop are pre 2000's. My shop bought the 1996 Heidelberg press I'm on "used", and all I have is a photocopied manual from the install when I wasn't working there at the time, and there's not much to go when adjusting this. Like I said, I've done it on a console and understand the number range "0-710" but I do not understand where the press should be at when I adjust it in relation to the mechanical arm(assuming press being used it's set/not set around the standard 400 already, and what the "black and white" reference is all about. Any help, or diagrams would be much appreciated.

You can inch the machine and see how far the osscilator moves past the form rollers then make your judgement if I remember you have to move oscillating roller even with form rollers then make small changes.and lock the bolts on the arm.
