Laminating cause a shrink in the paper print

I encountered a problem where my paper print shrunk after the process of laminating. The only process before laminating is the offset print. I assume it has something to do with the heat from the laminating, but I can't be too sure. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
