Hello Heidelberg friends I have a problem with my KORD62. I suspect that i have a broken bearing inside of my machine, whenever I run the machine it would make a lot of noise and then stop working. I tried to open up the machine to get to the broken bearing (we saw the broken bearing when trying to disassemble the cover), but I am stuck at the cover, it cannot be opened even though I have removed all of the visible nuts and screws. Any instruction or advice on how to do this is very much appreciated and welcomed. Thank you.
