Hello everyone，I have few KM512 printhead with clogged nozzle it's quite expensive to replace them all, have any idea recover those printhead? i used solvent flushing for 3 hours, solvent flow out from every nozzle , unlike clogged nozzle, but the problem still the same, printing result still bad have a lot of break line, so the problem is clogged printhead or piezo element has decay ? I plan to use ultrasonic cleaner and heater, pull solvent into ultrasonic cleaner, heat up solvent to 70C then flush the print head.
