konica minolta bizhub c452 / print in background multicolor ( Urgent )

    Hi Everyone
    I have konica minolta bizhub c452, for every print or copy there is a background multicolor (low color). You can find the attachment.
    how can i solve the problem?

    Seems like you may have the wrong output intent profile sellected - looks it is trying to simlate SNAP ( as opposed to SWOP or GRACoL -
