Konica Bizhub C220 - white band appears when printing

hello,
sorry for my bad english, and hope i'm in right forum.

I'd like to have some help. I own a Konica bizhub c220.
My problems is several white band appears when printing, whether is be color or black and white.

it's the same during printing test mode.

Is the white band across the print or in the direction the paper is moving?
