Komori Sprint SII 228 Ink Fountain Roller Not Turning

Hi Sirs!

Anybody encounter this problem before?

We were washing up the machine then the operator heard a slight snap. Now the ink fountain roller does not turn with the machine. We can manually turn it using the lever though.

I need your inputs first before opening the machine covers. We do not have access to Komori techs. We have home grown technicians but I'm afraid they'll do more harm than good.

UPDATE:

We opened the side cover and discovered a jammed pneumatic cylinder, broken chain that drives the inking roller. Replaced everything.
