Board is located in DII type PQC. Problem normally is that it will not allow the PQC CPU to RUN.

However that indication NOT define what exactly is the Problem.
Since the any PQC, has various problems:a)General PQC b)fountaink Key Remote c)ink feed system d) water feed system e) etc.
Please be more Specifice. Since you are Mention that PQC CPU to RUn, the first do to do is Test the Battery M86-612 in the Board M86-254 is Monitor LED Battery Lit?
