Komori LS529 Baldwin IR Waterflow error

Our Baldwin IR dryer developed a "Waterflow" error recently.
Thinking this was just a case of topping up, we attempted the refill as per the manual, around 4 times.

We still have the problem, the system will activate and then shutdown after around 20 seconds

It seems that we may have either a blockage or a switch has failed.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

Hi sir:

Please follow this Steps:
• No or low water in system - check for leaks
• Water pump failure
• Cooling system ball valve in wrong position
• Contactor K2 failure
• Water flow switch failure
• Controller board failure

In order to ensure cooling of the IR-drying head, the heat exchanger should be cleaned once a month.

This can be done using a vacuum cleaner and compressed air.

Be careful not to damage the heat exchanger fins.
