Komori ls1040p nicking

    Hi I’m running a LS1040P and I’ve been getting nicking only in Perfect mode. Has anyone ever set grippers on turning cylinder before. We have been told to call Komori mechanic to work on it.

    Have you tried increasing the distance of the paper from gripper to the opposite edge by one millimeter?

    Yep done all that. It seems to be only certain grippers a couple in middle and only in perfect.
