After repairing one of the cards, the parameters were reset. I program all M1/M2 and TM1/TM2 and the machine works fine, but after turning off the power, all the parameters of M1/M2 and TM1/TM2 are reset again. The batteries on all boards are normal, the jumpers are also in place. Please help me solve this problem.

Hi sir:
Clean very well all pins from RAM MEMORIES!!! ( carefully) and of course from EPROM from the Main board.

  • Sounds like the write protect was not turned off before adjustment.

Easily. Simply remove the front white guard and you will see a small toggle switch marked “write protect.” Switch off, make your adjustments, save to exit. Turn back on the write protect and test by turning off the PQC power. Your new settings should be still there.

Can you please clarify where this toggle switch is located, because I can’t find it anywhere?

  • On the right section of the PQC there are 5 boards. The one on the left has only a ribbon cable. From memory it is on that board, a small window on the top left has a series of dip switches behind it. It should be marked. All switches need to be turned off with a small screwdriver. They are fragile and awkward.

If I understand you correctly, then you mean the board that I highlighted in the photo, but there is no window or dip switches on it, but only a rotary switch on the front, it can be seen in the photo, but there are other meanings. it is marked (IPU ADR., IPU0 and IPU1)
