Komori Lithrone 426 Touch Screen Not Responding Error

I have a big problem for my work. My Komori Lithrone 426 printing machine has an error that touch screen on PQC not responding. It shows image well, but not touch respond. Touch Screen show that " Communication Error" on screen. So, I checked up VGA and Sevial Port cable. That is good. I don't know how to solve.
Please help me.

Hi sir;

1) please if the Screen has baterry , and measure the voltage and replace it if have

2) test the ribbon or flat cable for display and replace it , if necessary

3) measure the high voltage for Display if there , aprox 208Vdc, depend of the mark of display,

4) If everything is o.k clean the connectors, look for loose cable, corrosion, and Reset the CPU
