KOMORI Lithrone 226 impression Problem

Hi All,

We have Komori L226 which is running but the unit 1 and unit 2 cannot do impression from the blanket to Paper.

From the Plate to the blanket was okay.

Anyone know what is the problem ? and have any feedback ? and maybe have the troubleshooting books?

and what is the right pressure between blanket and the impression cylinder ?

Is it the impression getting on? what is the packing you are using in blanket and plate?

 

Hi sir.
You must review the a) Pneumatic cylinder + b)with the electrical Solenoid Voltage, if there are ?? they control the pressure over the cylinder blanket over the cylinder impression.

2 causes; 1) Pneumatic problem 2) electrical causes( No voltage or defective coil for electrical solenoids) look, for oil, loose cables, or leaking air in the Pneumatic system. or defective Valve.
