Komori L225b Machine won't Reset

Does anyone know how the reset circuit works on the Komori L225b. We have checked all the safety trips on doors and things like paper detector at the delivery table and the delivery table full switch.
All motors including the main motor by switching the contactors in the circuit box and the air pump and feeder lift work ok.
The reset seems to do nothing at all when pressed. No bell and the motor start buttons on the control panel do nothing.
Any help given would be great to receive.

1) is the machine Running or Not?
2) For what need to be Reset the machine??

Hi Chock,
Thanks for replying,
No the machine will not start.
The machine is set to use a warning bell before being able to start.
The reset seems to set up a control circuit before starting.

Hi :
1) Look for some Limit switch open or faulty
2) Solenoid power source 200Vac
3) Control power +24Vdc
4)Brake power source 90Vdc.
5) If the machine is coming with PLC: Look for some LED lit or Off according with his schematic.
