Komori Duct problem

Hi All

I have a komori Sprint 26 with conventional ducts, not computerised. The ducts are leaking ink down the sides. I have cleaned all the built up hard ink off the sides of the ink roller and side of duct, but still leaking ink. Does anyone know how to clean and reset the duct correctly.
