We have recently been having some problems with poor blanket washing on our two LS40 presses. The washers leave streaks in the circ direction about .75" apart. We have been using a Tower product for a few months now and Wash Tex material. Cleaned the filters at the pump units etc. Has anyone run into a similar problem?

Everything has been cleaned and inspected. We augmented the solvent dosing and are doing ok now. This chemistry may have different dispensing properties. Tested our cloth also, it seems very slow at wicking solvents as compared to sample cloth that we have on hand. The solvent seems to accumulate behind the material not readily passing through to the blanket. So we're gaining on it.
