Komori 528 5/c Ink Fountain Maintenance issue

For months ive been dealing with the 4th unit ink keys sticking due to need take the ink keys out and returning them completely clean in the proper designated location. Is there a secret to getting the last key in .. despite putting them in from the furthest to the right and finally to key number 1. its really just a hair but i dont want to force it into place. i tried tapping the keys to the right from the middle(or key 13) with a block of wood and then again from key 7. to get them tight together but it wasnt enough
I'll be glad to have that unit working since it hasnt since starting with the company .. thanks for your attention and time

 

Curious if you pulled all the keys out, soaked them, and cleaned everything else before putting the keys back into place?
