Kolbus KM471 hotmel back glue

Hello everyone.
For a while I have been facing a problem on Kolbus KM471. Indeed the glue on the back is not evenly distributed. Which means that I have holes at the level of the head of the book. Anyone know why? And especially how to fix it?
