KBA Technotrans Problem

Good day to all mamabers,

I have a problem with our 3 technotrans unit with the alcomart AZR .

The units already prompting an error of IPA>18% we already done what is indicated on the manual

but the error still occurs. We also try not pump it with alcohol only water and solution but its still

indicating IPA>18%. Hope any one has experienced this before.

Is this to be done on the alcosmart unit or on the console (technotrans remote).

Please go to the start menu:

Go to level 2 for diagnosis troubleshooting.

When the star key is pressed the calibration values(gain, offset) will be displayed

Hello, if you have not yet solved the problem, try changing the membrane, the filter and the seal on the alcosmart (if the filter is saturated with alcohol it always gives you a bad reading). It is a flat filter of one color white.

If it does not work with this basic maintenance then you have to change the gas detector inside and calibrate it afterwards; this intervention is done at the technotrans in your country.

The duration of this operation does not exceed 15 days.
