Need help error PCON Faulty connection

 

Hi sir:
Normally you must review the Edge connectors from PCB, and clean with pencil eraser, and then use contact cleaner, and tigh
very well.
However look, for loose connectors, corroded, loose wires, broken wires, pins bent!!. and finally, if everything is o.k, look for dry and colder solder joints (reheating).

 

I have tried testing the rs485 board, arcnet and communication lines for the functional parts of the machine. The communication connection boards on the machine to the other machine still work normally.

A faulty PCON connection means the Colortronic computer is not getting a response from the machine CPU.
- Check the RS485 serial cable connection from colotronic PC --> Machine CPU. Also, check the status of the MAWG1 (39A3 - I guess) board in the main panel. Normally, RUN, TX & RX LEDs should be responding. Also, check the status MCGR boards and of ARCnet cables.
Try this also:
1- Switch on the COlortronic power and don't turn ON the machine power until Colortronic computer is completely on and showing KBA machine screen
2- Keep the COlortronic power ON and restart the machine power only.
if it doesn't work, follow the above guide.

 

hola buenas tardes, estoy buscando ayuda, tengo una KBA año 2000 que tiene problemas de comunicacion, he intentado entrar con pasword a ver la conexion pero no tengo la clave
