KBA 142 6+L problem with blanket washing device

I have a problem with blanket washing device, program does what it should bat the blankets are not washed and there are no error message displayed. this is just beginning, I have some more issues but lets start with this one and then talk about others later. one of the units have faulty washing device (broken membrane) but it is turned off and it should not causes this problem.

What do you mean by not washed? There is nothing happen in the units ? No juice and no air ? You are running with a Baldwin system ? If you are on the programmation mode your press will run in speed wash preset but the cycle will not start as long your in programmation mode.

KBA blanket wash problem

nothing no wash solvent no air pressure on the membrane or in the tubes, also I have similar problem with rollers program starts and nothing comes trough the sprinklers in the units. And yes it is a Baldwin system. I'l have too check about that "programmation mode" but I don't think that's the problem

Hello everyone! I also have a similar problem, when I start the washing program nothing happens, the machine accelerates to the speed of the program but the counter does not count the remaining time, somebody was able to solve it. Is it possible to edit the washing programs? Greetings.

That is my languaje.
However need the model exactly of this control Baldwin. ASAPM

I'm not a Spanish friend, I'm Portuguese !! Maybe somebody stirred the console, then being in Spanish. Attach picture with the data you requested. I take it and attach another one that shows the program of washing rollers where it is seen that does not pour water. How can I change it? Thank you very much.

Test for the most simple Troubleshooting :
1)Fuse of unit
2)Pump may be defective.

This is for sure the pump in the main cabinet. The press goes to speed but won't start the countdown is because the pump isn't filling the the tubes. You can try hitting the program start button and then starting again as soon as it flashes. That would work for me.
