Kba 105 pression problem

“I have a problem with my KBA 105 printing machine from 2000. After relocating the machine to a new facility, I’m experiencing a strange issue: the printing units are not applying pressure correctly. As a result, the first sheet comes out only half printed, as shown in the attached photo.
Can anyone help me understand why this is happening, since KBA is not providing support?”
