KBA 105 control system initialisation error

All arcnet cable checked ok , all plc checked no error in any plc, mentor drive also ready no error, Hard disc also changed , but same problem.please help if any one have the solution.
 
Hi sir;
Do this

1. Stop the flash program
- disconnect the 10pin power supply cable
- press and hold the "ENTER"-button
- reconnect the 10pin power supply cable
- when in the display appears "OS" or "BP" release button
2. press "UP" once -> "Mode" appears in the display
3. press "UP" second time -> "Mxxx" appears
4. dial "M001" with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons
5. press "Enter" -> "Wxxx" appears (xxx is the current node number)
6. dial xxx as the desired node number with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons
7. press "Enter" -> "SAVE" appears
8. press "RESET" to start flash programm again (if it does not start - reboot machine)

    Hello sir, this problem solve , problem in the arcnet connector loose, now initialisation done, now other problem we have, when we press inching button, main drive mentor 2 is getting trip, motor will not start, what are the points need to check.
