KBA 104 display error Lock 1F

Dear Team,
My offset printing machine stop suddenly when the printing unit 4 active (use printing pressure of PU 4) . And then the ATC Fuse 1 A on board of PU 4 will break.
I change new fuse and it still die.
Now I change another one also but I don't use this printing unit then the machine run ok.

As far as I know, it is regarding electric valve that control pneumatic cylinder of impression cylinder.
So anyone know how to fix this error, please support me.

Hi sir:

I did check my schematic diagrams, according is valve 119y5, look for winding ( can be in Short circuit) or mechanical problem, repair or replace.

The best test is you disconnect only 1 wires from the board, put a new fuses,and you will see the fuses will be o.k.

However if the fuse blown again, the problem is with the Electronic board( some components is in short circuit) need to repair or replace. Look for dry +cold solder joint.

Dear Sir,
A KBA offset press printing machine stop "F11 Trouble in computer of PU 2 or PU3 or PU4 or PU5 (Error Display) after shifted machine location to another location, Before it's working perfectly.
So dear anyone know about this how to fix this error. Please help...
