Jobs disappearing...

We just installed a brand new Xerox 7556 and hooked it up with a cat 6 cable to our gigabit network. It always works fine when a single file is sent to it. When a second file is sent to it, while it is printing the first,from that same computer the second file leaves the computer, but never appears on the printer.

The computer is a Windows 7 machine. Does this sound like a computer issue, a network issue or a printer issue?

 

Connect a single computer to machine through net crossover cable and make some tries.

 

I will give that a shot.
