Jingxing to Invest in High-Strength Corrugated Raw Paper Project With 300,000 Ton Annual Production Volume

Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. recently announced plans to build a high-strength corrugated raw paper project with a production capacity of 300,000 tons per year.

Jingxing has retained China CEC Engineering Corporation to produce a feasibility study on the project. The total project investment, estimated at RMB 459.9 million (USD 75 million) will consist of three parts – initial working capital, construction investment and interest accrued during construction. The construction investment is RMB 419.7 million (USD 68.5 million); the interest accrued during construction is RMB 18.37 million (USD 3 million) and the initial working capital is RMB 21.87 million (USD 3.6 million).

The capital of the project will be a combination of the company’s own funds and bank loans. According to the economic benefit analysis, an estimated post-project completion sales revenue of RMB 766.03 million (USD 125 million) is expected. The average interest generated during production will be RMB 46.76 million (USD 7.6 million).
