jetvarnish uv coating problems , heads are not working

hello everyone i have a problem with this machine , someone that use this type please give a newbie a help . the problem is the heads are not working properly , i done everyting , cleaning setup , heads cleaning , when i try to print a full page coating the final printing proces is some lines and not the full page, after 3-4 pages the process isnt even happening the page is empty , i contacted also the mgi support online they changed my settings on my computer but nothing happened .
