    Hi.

Few days ago, we discovered that our CPC-01 ink keys (1-20) display area stays off even after the unit is on. The curious thing is that the part of the CPC-01 that handles the registration and the rotation of the ink fountain (steel) roller are working fine. Even the keys for selecting the four units are okay.

We are therefore unable to adjust the ink in any of the 20 ink zones in the four units. None of the ink zone responds to any key.

I have checked all the fuses inside the CPC unit and they are fine.

Please see the pictures: WP_20150609_001.jpg WP_20150609_003.jpg

    Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Is it possible there are 21 unresponsive keys, rather than 20, Emmanuel?

I don't have a parts book to reference, but I think the CPC ink key electronics on MO presses are split up into groups of 7 at the console. Just wondering if maybe this might give you something to go on.

Yes the ink key electronics is divided into 3 groups and are connected to the upper rack boards via ribbon cables.
