We are experiencing an issue with the ink motors on both sections of our 2-color Heidelberg Speedmaster press.

Below is a picture of the ink control panel from the CP2000 screen.

It indicates that most of the motors have a problem. However, when adjusting the ink levels (increasing or decreasing), all motors respond and move, yet they still appear as faulty on the display.
The ink roller also gets stuck.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What could be causing this discrepancy? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Most probably one of the NT85 +/-8VDC power supplies in CP2000 console is faulty. Take them out one by one and make visual check for any burned components.

Thank you for your reply. Could this also be related to why the roller in front of the ink motors do not rotate?
