ISA card Rs422

    Hi . I'm electronic . And i have a mitsubishi 8 colours, we have a problem with comunication ISA card rs422 , can it be replaced with a pic card? Can i replace it with usb to rs422 com ? We have another problem with comunication with perfect or (data lost ) but i have to resolve this problem first. Thanks
