Inverter Toyo Denki main motor error LU3

Hi

I have a problem with the main motor inverter of a Komori L28.
The motor does not rotate, the inverter is a Toyo Denki VF51HGS 1022-W1 and the error it shows is LU3.
I can't find a manual for the inverter, does anyone have it or can tell me what the error means?
