Input Problem in QM46-2

    We tried to run the machine after long time of stoppage. The machine is not functioning.
    The machine displays '4000' which is speed and '0' at right side which is running counter and below that '120' which was set counter (It was setting when the machine was shut months ago). Unit selection is also shown. QM46-2.jpg
    There is no other indicators errors and and none of the buttons respond. what may be the problem?
    It is 1996-97 2 color model
