I have the error 0x30001f4
Color measuring System: Malfunction to the Inpress on heidelberg XL75
I pulled out the SSD to check for errors (bad sectors) and then the whole machine refused to start.
i made a copy sector by sector to each SSD to an generic SSD, now with original Drive 1 and copy of Drive 1 the machine started but i get a lot of errors in Inpress.
I get now also No hard disk signature i suppose because of the generic SSDD with copy of software on them.
Inpress sistem i think by 1 month was going offline, and then back online. But two days ago
I have a backup from 2022 of the impress, i don't remember how i got it, but i think was before and software update made by Heidelberg Technicians.
Any advice what i can do to get Inpress back online, or how i can reinstall software, i have no password for Administrator or OPI user.
