Inpress center error

Hello everybody
I have faced a problem with the prinect inpress center in heidelberg XL 106 model 2025
The error says: Communication failure of the color measuring system and another error : AutoRegister: faulty communication
I checked the lan cables and power socket and everything is fine ..

And I forgot to say this error isn’t stable it goes off after restarting the machine

Hi Ahmed
I believe that the machine is in warranty period! Why you didn't call your HD agent?
Whatever, you have to open the control box of the inpress control unit and make a video of the LED's status.
Also check the cable from the control box to the switch located under the ink zones control panel.
Check the inpress control computer if it is working during the error message.
Last thing may solve the problem is by upgrading the machine software to the last active tested version.
My last advice is to call HD agent Allam

Thank you for your help,, i already followed all these procedures… and now we are waiting for the software upgrade step ,, i only want to post these thread to learn about it from anybody has experienced this problem before
