Hello. Could you explain about transferring ink when oscillating (fiber) roller shear left to right. Why All ink profile on rubber rollers did not destroy but it still transfer ink volume to ink train ? Thank you so much

Profile remains stable because the ink distribution from the oscilation is reciprocal. It would be ideal to have no side to side oscillation at all, for zonal control, but your ink film would wind up piling up and showing streaks!

    hi all
it s to late but i want to share for other who will check this post my opinnion
so,depending on the layer of ink given in the ductor the printing on the sheet will be adapted.
the role of the ink transfer rollers is to spread the layer in the rollers and make a degradation between the inking zones this occurs in the printed sheet in this case if you have an image you will not have lines between the inking zones inking but you will see a degradation of colors

Generally we only oscillate on heavy coverage work. Either way it really shouldn't cause contamination, unless it's dry and heating up, causing roller swelling
