If you have ink temp controll on your press , turn the temp up or switch the system off - if it is cold , you may not need it working.
if the press has no ink temp controll , and it is too cold for the ink , short runs and no time for ink to get to right temp ' (about 30 deg' on the form rollers) , resulting buy think ink that is hard to work with , then it is about ti,e to heat your pressroom ....
Ink reducer is not a solution to the cold ink

you could keep ink storage area warm, or perhaps stack some cans over the delivery grate so that the IR dryers warm the ink up a bit before putting in fountain. This should reduce your need to reduce the ink as much.

I agree with him. you must have ink temp controll on your press, and then turn the temp up or switch the system off - if it is cold
