    Helo.
Just we start printing last 2 weeks mashine from second hand HEIDELBERG XL 106-8 year 2019 with 175 mio.

WE have problem with tore up ink Fountain liner.
Ink Fountain Liner was just 2 shift-24 hour with 180 000 printed sheets.
So after 180 000 printed sheets we pulled foil and after this was TORE UP.
So problem is with foil or bad set data on last zone number 32 ?
We use foil Bottcher Type:SM 102 Type A 190 micron
or problem is with last zone number 32 which open but we printed to zone just 30.

This same problem for moment was on unit 4 and 6.

    Thanks

Most likely issue is that previous operator exchanged zone motor without proper calibration.

hello dear sir, you will first need to reset all the motors then remove the servo motor protection and dismantle the servo motors concerned. adjust the lead screw of the servo motor by setting it to zero, setting it to zero means closing it and making a 1/4 turn by loosening it then seeing if the servo motor turns in both directions, if this is not the case change it the servo motor and set the servo motor to zero then mount the servo motor. After turning off the machine and turning it back on. If you encounter any other problems, please let us know, thank you and best regards.

If there is no error on the zone number 32 then You have to adjust the mechanical zero , if there is an error you must check if the zone number32 is blocked

when there is wear in this part this directly means that there is friction between the inkwell segments and the plate then the zeroing is not properly adjusted or the segment is blocked generally the side segments are blocked from the ink, to check the alignment of the segments there is not a procedure it is done visually and it can be seen when a segment is shifted in this case it is necessary to remove the servomotor from the zone and put the segment in place

    Dear sir
You have a sliders under the protection foil with two 5mm Allen screws.
Try just one zone (where there is a problem) loose the Allen screws and try to pull back the slider as much as it will go, and tie the screws while still pulling.
Then continue your job as normal 24 hours, stop and check the adjusted zone.
    I hope this will help.
Send us a feed back please.
    Regards.
