ink contamination

hello im running 2 4 color quad stack by WPC we run top to bottom black, yellow, magenta, cyan and the black is contaminating the ends of operator side of all the lower units and it never has before? should i open the end water stops a little. also there is ink coming out of the end of the lower guard seen in the yellow unit in first few seconds of this video i made http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpCfdo8kAXE when the lower tray is removed it looks like the ink is sprayin off a roller end
