Hello guys, I've a problem with the water heater, it has been working for almost two years since the first one died, but today it refuses to heat. I don't know if it may be fixed but this is what I've done:

- I've checked water inlet flow from 3 way valve of the cabinet, the valve opens an closes when required
- I've measured voltage of the connector and the heater itself when activated and is reading 220V as expected
- I've tested heating different inks but water temperature read the same as the ink, it lights as if it were to work but it doesn't, it never gets higher
- I've checked the heater water outlet (where the temp sensor is located), and the flow is ok, water comes out instantly if i open the tube

Is it already dead or can I do something? or just get a new one.

  • It means that heater is burned or fuse inside heater ;)
    Thank you bro. One of the heater element is gone, fortunately the water heater comes with 2 heater elements; the burnt one and other that comes disconnected from fabric. So we just unplugged the bad element and connected the other one. Hope it lasts until the new Heater comes.

    Hello,

    I am looking for HP Indigo consumables, specifically:

    * Image Transfer Blanket (ITB)

    * Printing Imaging Plate (PIP)

    Please let me know if you have inventory available or if you can recommend reliable suppliers.
